During our visit we will discuss your requirements, your expectations, rental value, furnishing and fees required by us for your chosen service.
Accompanied Viewings
When showing the prospective tenants your property we are interviewing them to assess the character of the tenant. We are very selective in choosing the right tenant and, in our opinion, it is often better to wait for the right tenant than to take the first offer.
Finding The Right Tenant
Finding a good tenant is not an easy process. We continually change our referencing services. We carry out the following reference checks: Employer, Landlord, Guarantor, Bank and Credit. Upon your tenant moving in we would inspect the property at the end of the first month and then on a quarterly basis until such time as we feel six monthly inspections are adequate. Note: Landlords are, at all times, welcome to inspect their properties but notice must be served to the tenant.
References
Once we have found a suitable tenant we do an online credit check, which provides credit scoring and financial history check. We check on previous landlords, current employment, bank and financial details.
To Let Board
A sign brings awareness from prospective tenants who may not have seen the property via other means. We also advertise via the Internet and local newspaper.
Keys
We will organise the handing over of the keys to incoming tenants.

Our Assured Short-hold Tenancy Agreement is currently set by Eastern Landlords Association who have a legal team updating it all the time.
